FILLER MIGRATION.

FICTION..

Filler does not migrate (rarely)... looking at the data and literature..this is an non-occurence..Literature states there is almost no chance of dermal filler migrating.. if you think your lips suck... not from filler migration...just from filler not placed in the proper plane..very few to no papers on this...why ....because it doesn't happen ...this is an instagram myth..try science

I can just dissolve all my filler!!..

FICTION..

yes we can dissolve Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler with Hyaluronidase...but this is not without complications..Hyaluronidase is native to our body..basically turning HA to water..so would you want to blast this into tissue? No, of course not..you would not only dissolve the native HA, but create a fluid overload... that Is why when I treat issues with Hyaluronidase ...we approach it very delicately, so as to not create a problem that was not there to begin with..Treating with hyaluronidase is not unlike a sculptor "chipping away" the stuff that doesn't belong...as opposed to taking it all away, without a care in the world...every action has an opposite and equal reaction...remember this...
